The Dealers' Room is a main attraction at any science fiction convention, and Conzilla will be no exception. Expect to find loads of books, fantastic jewelry, great t-shirts, books, costumes and accoutrements, filk tapes, books, art prints, gadgets, toys, books, and stuff that hasn't even been thought up yet. We also expect there will be plenty of books.

The Dealers' Room will be in the Rio Vista Ballroom (entrance at the E door.)

The Dealer Information is online in PDF and HTML formats. Here is a summary of what you need to know:

Dealers' tables cost $100 each. Tables will only be sold to members of Conzilla -- your membership should be purchased separately (if you voted in site selection you should already have your membership). You don't need to purchase your membership at the same time as tables, but must have it before you'll be allowed to set up.

If you want more than 3 tables, please contact us before sending a check. We will see how many requests we have for tables before making a final decision about any limit on tables per dealer.

The hotel is the same as the site of the 1998 Westercon. We will be posting hotel booking and arrivals information later.

We hope to have set-up on Friday, June 30th, but this is not written in stone -- check the website for changes.
