Dealers' Info

Conzilla is the 59th Westercon, to be held at the Mission Valley Marriott in beautiful San Diego, California, over July 4th weekend. PLEASE NOTE that the dates are 1-4 July, which is Saturday through Tuesday.

Tables cost $100 each. Tables will only be sold to members of Conzilla — your membership should be purchased separately (if you voted in site selection you should already have your membership). If you want more than 2 tables, please contact us before sending a check. The room will have about forty tables; we will see how many requests we have from this mailing before making a final decision about any limit on tables per dealer.

The hotel is the same as the site of the 1998 Westercon. We will be sending hotel booking and arrivals information in a later mailing.

We hope to have set-up on Friday, June 30th, but this is not written in stone — check the website for changes.

Please be sure to tell us about your special requests, including set-up needs, electric requirements, and preferred nearby dealers. We encourage creative use of space and prefer a room with a boutique or store-like feel rather than church rummage sale.

Please do not make us request that you leave by bringing copyrighted materials you do not have rights to. Also, audio and video displays will have to be silenced if anyone complains about the sound level.

Be warned that we're often not in the Pacific time zone, which means that safe calling hours are 9am-7pm Pacific time, NOT later (and not earlier either in case we are in San Diego).
